She Is Loved: Events for Women, By Women

She Is Loved was born out of a need for community, self care, celebration, and female empowerment. As women, mothers, caretakers, mobilizers, and backbones of industries for generations, we now all know we need more practical support. We are the tend-and-befriend side of the species and we thrive in community. Women often prioritize family and community over self, and yet we are somehow surviving in a society that forces individualism and self-reliance. We have barely enough time to do all the necessary stuff to maintain a living, our homes, and our families. But we deserve more than just what needs to get done. We deserve some time carved out for celebration, camaraderie, and empowerment- all within a safe community of like-minded, validating women!

So basically, all of that is the inspiration behind She Is Loved. We create events for women in the Modesto community and surrounding areas. Also, in creating our events, we partner as much as possible with female entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses to make it happen. We worked hard to identify a business model that could sustain itself while promoting: community, self care, celebration, and empowering female entrepreneurs! We are so proud of our concept of bridging the gap for women passionate about supporting other women, because when women are supported, we all rise!
