Location: Wood Colony area of Modesto

Tell us about yourself!: Hi there. My name is Shannon! The kids call me Shay Shay. Born and raised in the Salida/Modesto area. My family consists of my wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters. We love to take our camper out and explore the outdoors. I also enjoy coaching T-ball for Salida Little League!

Tell us about your business!: Sophie’s Clubhouse is a play based family daycare located in the wood colony area of Modesto! I love providing children a fun and safe environment to explore and learn. I’m passionate about early childhood education and I’m so proud of the space I’ve created for children to learn through play!

Tell us how it all started!: I was working for the school district when Covid hit and used the shut down time to become licensed and open up my play/nature based program. My oldest daughter Sophie is who inspired me to open my program. I loved watching her learn and explore through play and fun learning activities,

Who is your business for?: Families with little ones will benefit from my program! We are blessed to have a full roster but can always add those interested to our waitlist!
