I’m Ashley Dryer, RN, BSN, and I’ve spent the last 14 years in the trenches of nursing. From the intensity of the night shift to the high-pressure environment of correctional health, I’ve learned how to be the calm in the storm. I’ve seen firsthand that true care isn’t about checking boxes or filing insurance claims—it’s about the person standing in front of you.
I founded Olive & Grace Aesthetics Co. to be the antithesis of the modern med spa. I was tired of the "frilly," intimidating, and judgmental atmosphere of typical aesthetic clinics. I wanted to build something different: a speakeasy for the soul. A Sanctuary, Not a Showroom. Olive & Grace is a grounded, welcoming space designed for women who want to be heard, not just "treated." Here, the vibe is calm and the focus is intimate. We look at the whole picture—physical appearance, skin health, and internal wellness—because confidence isn't a surface-level fix; it’s a restoration of self.
Confidence on Your Own Terms
As a former single mom who worked tirelessly to build this dream, I know what it’s like to fight for your place in the world. I’m not here to project "flaws" onto you or sell you a version of beauty that feels fake. I’m here to listen to your concerns and help you feel empowered in your own skin.
When I’m not at the spa or in the clinic, I’m usually recharging with my rescue Cane Corso, Ember. Being a rescue, she was also formed in the trenches in her previous home but her soul still burns bright! I’ve finally found a life that is well-rounded and beautiful, and I want to help you find that same sense of restored confidence and peace.

The Offerings
We specialize in the intersection of physical aesthetics, skin health, and internal wellness. Forget the "frilly" spa menus; we provide clinical-grade results wrapped in a calm, grounded environment. From skin restoration to wellness protocols, every treatment is an intimate, one-on-one deep dive into what makes you feel like you again.
The Client Olive & Grace is for the woman who is over the "beauty factory" hype. It’s for the professional, the mother, and the quiet powerhouse who wants to be heard, not judged. If you find traditional med spas intimidating or fake, this is your sanctuary. We are for the women who value authenticity over "perfection."
The Passion After 14 years as a nurse in corrections and on the night shift, I’ve seen what "survival mode" looks like. I’m passionate about this work because I know that confidence is a tool for empowerment. I spent years as a single mom fighting to build a life I love—now, I use my medical expertise and creative eye to help other women feel restored, hopeful, and finally comfortable in their own skin.

2026 is my year of Audacity, and I’m taking you along for the ride. I’m launching "Audacity Talks," a series of raw, unfiltered episodes where we strip away the "frilly" facade of the beauty industry and latest trends. We’ll be diving into the grit of skin health, the reality of internal wellness, and the courage it takes to reclaim your confidence on your own terms.
The "Whole-Self" Launch
Building on that mantra, we are expanding our Internal Wellness protocols. True audacity is feeling as good as you look, so we’re introducing metabolic support and IV hydration to support your body from the inside out.
I’m moving beyond the surface to help you find the audacity to feel comfortable, powerful, and restored in your own skin.
