Tell us about yourself!: I’ve lived in Northern CA for 26 years. I love to play golf, travel, and spend time at our lake house in Michigan. Oh, and I love spending time with my grand babies!

Tell us about your business!: I am an award winning, heart-centered coach for professional women! My passion lies in guiding women who are overwhelmed, burnt out, or just seeking more in life. I guide them to more clarity, more joy, and to live a life of amplified aliveness!

Tell us how it all started!: I was in corporate America for 25 years and felt as if I was not living and fulfilling my purpose in life. I listened to the opinion and approval of others but wasn’t listening to my inner voice and found myself overwhelmed, confused, and depressed. Until I made a bold decision to go after my dream! I’ve had many mentors on my path, but my internal guidance system has been the biggest influence in leading me to where I am today!
