Tell us about yourself!: I’ve lived in the Lathrop/Manteca area my whole life, so this community really is home. I’m a proud girl mom who spends a lot of time juggling life as a wife, mom, business owner—and of course, personal driver to school and travel sports! I love all things health and fitness, and most of all, I make the time to be present with my family.
Tell us about your business!: Fit Mom Energy is all about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported in every part of their lives. We create activewear and wellness content that celebrate movement, self-care, and resilience. I’m passionate about what I do because I want every woman—no matter her size, shape, or stage of life—to feel seen, empowered, and unstoppable. This is more than fitness; it’s about building a lifestyle that honors your body and everything it’s been through as a Mom while also pushing you to be the healthiest and strongest version of you!
Tell us how it all started!: Fit Mom Energy started from my own journey of balancing life as a working Wife and Mom while trying to find myself again through health and fitness. I wanted to create a space and brand where women could feel empowered, supported, and confident—no matter how busy life gets. The inspiration came from seeing firsthand how much energy, determination, and heart women put into everything they do, and I wanted to reflect that in a brand that celebrates them.
Along the way, I’ve been incredibly grateful for the support of my family, friends, the Fit Fam at Enclave Training Club, and the community of women we’ve created who cheer each other on.
Who is your business for?: Fit Mom Energy is for badass women who hustle hard, move with purpose, and refuse to settle.
