Tell us about yourself!: I am a home grown Modesto native and third generation astrologer. My grandpa was an astrologer and I grew up around all of it. I’m continuing my family legacy. For fun I study astrology charts and take lots of astrology classes. I have many friends in local holistic services so most of my fun time is spent at one of their events. Yoga, Sounds baths, etc. I also love history, reading, music and my family.
Tell us about your business!: My name is Rosie and I am the owner of Mystical Risings, LLC. I am a third generation astrologer, my grandfather was also. I grew up having my horoscope read to me and I still love it and check it everyday. I love astrology and that I am continuing my family legacy. Astrology and holistic healing are my services that I offer. I also teach astrology classes. I’m certified in Western Evolutionary and Esoteric Astrology and I specialize in Synastry readings. I am also a Holy Fire Reiki Healer and Pranic Healer. I want to help others love themselves, see and understand themselves and to elevate and heal their chakras.
Tell us how it all started!: Even though I grew up around astrology, I didn’t start paying attention or deep diving into it until I had a near death experience. I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 36 and it changed my life. After surviving, I wanted to study my life and where I had been. Where did I want to go? I wanted to follow what makes me happy. Astrology does! I love doing astrology readings. My favorite part is when the client gets the ‘aha’ moment. They finally feel seen and like they are okay to be who they are. How to use their strengths and energies. I went into Reiki, Pranic healing and yoga for similar reasons. To heal myself and help others as well. There is scientific proof and benefits for all of them, we just have to use them.
Who is your business for?: Anyone that wants to learn about astrology, themselves and how to use the energy of the cosmos in their favor! Reiki and Pranic healing is for all the souls that would like to balance and heal their chakras and hearts.
